A LITERAL FAIRYTALE GEORGIA MANOR WEDDING

One of the most fun things about this BEAUTIFUL wedding is the fact that the bride & groom were TWO people I went to high-school with & that I got to drive up to the gorgeous Georgia mountains with one of my best friends from high-school... talk about a full circle, nostalgic moment. When I spoke with Sophia on the phone & she was interested in having someone she knew be her photographer for such a special day, I knew I HAD to convince her to hire me for such an amazing sounding day! Not only that but as soon as she told me the venue & I looked it up? I was doing my best not to plead with her over the phone to hire me because it was that STUNNING.

The venue - Windsor Manor is literally set in the woods & feels as if you just stepped straight into a fairytale. Like are you serious!? You do see that right??

The attention to detail that Sophia & Nick planned was absolute perfection down to the literal T! From the vases to the table settings to the baby's breath and everything in-between it was simple, yet exuded class and elegance. One of my favorite features of Windsor Manor was the diamond checkered floor, it was absolutely swoon worthy & the way the lighting played with every space located at Windsor Manor was a dream come true.

Not only was the bulk of the gorgeousness of place outside (thank goodness for chilly Georgia weather) but the getting ready suits for both the bride & groom were literal PERFECTION

Now let's talk one of my absolute favorite parts about a wedding day... the ceremony!!! It would be an utter LIE to tell you I don't nearly SOB at every. single. wedding. especially during the ceremony (close runner up moment are the speeches). But the VOWS!? When couples are exchanging their own heartfelt vows I nearly WEEP (& I have once or twice) because when I tell you that I take the time to get to know you before your wedding - I feel like were best friends by the time the wedding day comes & I am just SO happy for you & the love you're sharing with your person. Okay and let's not forget for my brides who go the traditional route & their man sees them for the first time walking down the isle & they get all emotional??? Tears, every. time.

From any angle at Windsor Manor for the views are to die for!

One of my favorite things to do with my bride & groom is to let them enjoy a little private moment to themselves right after the ceremony. To just let them soak in the fact that they're MARRIED! These two ran with it... quite literally!

Windsor Manor also has the most perfect grassy area for both family photos & portraits where the sun shines through rather beautifully!

Plus, let's not forget the moment for this awesome indoor space as well

All in all Sophia & Nick had an absolutely GORGEOUS day at Windsor Manor & I feel truly blessed to be given the opportunity of capturing this day for them! Cheers!
